History of This Resolution

Stoa 2016-2017 Policy Resolution The National Invitational Tournament of Champions (NITOC) will be held at Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, in May 2017. The Monument Membership for Stoa debaters debuted in 2016 and released materials every week through April.
