The following consists of the complete season release of cases and briefs from for the topic listed below. Upon purchase, you will have access to a Word Document containing each of the cases and briefs listed. NOTE: Notice the release dates at the footer of every page. It is strongly advised to check each hyperlink before running any piece of evidence in an official debate round. Two leagues debated China policy during this season. Both resolutions allowed us to create source material for both leagues as there is much overlap. Both downloads are included in the purchase, which address each of the following resolutions:

Resolved: The United States Federal Government should substantially reform its policies toward the People’s Republic of China. (NCFCA)

Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its economic and/or diplomatic engagement with the People’s Republic of China. (NSDA)

History of This Resolution

Stoa 2016-2017 Policy Resolution
Both the National Speech & Debate Association (NSDA) and the National Christian Forensics & Communications Association (NCFCA) chose resolutions that were very similar to one another during the 2016-2017 season of policy debate. For the most part, cases and briefs were able to be cross-applied. Both league downloads are included in this purchase.
