History of This Resolution

NCFCA 2009-2010 Policy Resolution This was Monument Publishing's largest year of publishing for policy debate. Four books consisting of a total of 1,005 pages were published with the help of its camps in Monument, Colorado. NCFCA Nationals that year was in Virginia Beach, VA, at Regent University. Contributors to the year of Blue Book consisted primarily of Vance Trefethen (editor since 2001) and Matthew Baker (2004 and 2005 policy finalist). Contributors to the main Blue Book included Leanne Livingston, Michael Bixby, and Josh Craddock. Attendees of the Research Camp included Jesse Montoya, Katherine Kaiser, Margaret Kaiser, Cameron Walker, Shane Baumgardner, Chad Frantz, Billy Klein, Sarah Klein, Sarah Carr, Lauren Miller, Joseph Martin, Elaine Hammett, Nathanael Hammett, Justin Knopp, Kaitlin Nelson, Lael Burge, Guthrie Leath, Rachel Watson, Hannah Groenevelt and Christy Reid.
