History of This Resolution

This resolution was released by Stoa at their National Tournament in 2016. It carried through the year all the way to the 2017 National Invitational Tournament of Champions, held at Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. This was the first year of the new Red Book for Lincoln-Douglas Debate.
